Threadhopping/Threadjacking: Absolutely!
Fourthwalling: Should be fine, but please check with me first.
Platonic Physical Contact: Yes, but he'll be jumpy about it until he gets to know you. He's a bit like a feral cat that way sometimes.
Romantic Physical Contact: Once you get to know him, sure! He's into it.
Violent Physical Contact: Requires OOC planning but yes, absolutely! He's a fighty bastard.
Mindreading: Case by case basis, because Wash's psyche is a goddamn minefield and something he's still pretty touchy about.
Other Notes: Wash's canon is built on pop culture references, so he may recognize characters from bigger canons (your Marvels and Star Wars and whatnot). He will never directly fourthwall someone (reveal spoilers or secret identities, etc), but the inner monologue will likely recognize them. If you're not okay with that, please let me know!
Some of his path actions involve other people (sensing motivations, etc); I'll always ask permission before using them, but if you'd like to opt out entirely, let me know!
