Wash's power is as follows:
Memory Is the Key: Wash is able to sharpen or suppress the memories of a target. It requires physical contact but not necessarily skin-to-skin, and it only works on one person at a time. While connected, Wash will be able to target a single memory and either bring it to the forefront of the target's mind/clarify it or bury/obscure it. He can't create memories that don't already exist, he can't alter memories, and he can't erase memories; he can simply make extant memories much easier or much more difficult to remember. When starting out, he'll only be able to affect memories of smaller events or short memories; he'll only be able to access surface memories; and whether or not he is able to see/experience the memory himself is a crapshoot. Upon mastery, he'll be able to affect larger or longer events; he'll be able to choose whether or not he wants to witness/experience the memory he's targeting; and he'll be able to go digging for deeper/buried memories. Regardless of his level of mastery, he cannot use this power on himself.

Enstars is a really wild canon and there are a lot a memories that can be played with - most of them are innocuous and I can absolutely pick a memory at random at the first instance for Wash to bring it to the forefront etc. Or you could let me know which of her cards strike your fancy because there's a memory attached to each one.
I'd prefer for Wash not to drag up any of her more painful memories (canon has indicated that there are instances of her being bullied and a huge chunk o her backstory revolves around a close friend committing suicide and the repercussions thereof) at the first few instances if only because Arashi's a very "conceal don't feel" type of person but I'm absolutely down for exploring that later when Wash has gotten some mastery over his power.

Leo also comes from enstars, so the same applies there as with Arashi, including the cards.
In Leo's case, though, he has a lot of short term memory problems that could make this... pretty interesting. He's literally almost forgotten his name, he's gotten so caught up in the moment/his musical compositions. He frequently forgets other peoples' names, so gives them nicknames to remember them better. It's a crapshoot on how he's going to lock onto the mems he makes.
He's also been psychologically broken before (which is kind of where the memory problems stem from actually so yk), so there's a lot of trauma buried in his memories that could really mess him up if they were dredged up. It was so bad he was having some hallucinations, and isolated himself for like six months.
